Volador Lotus is a student branding project that is designed around a fusion between Mexican and Indian Cuisine. The restaurant is located in Philadelphia and supports local farms by obtaining all of their ingredients fresh. The colors and symbolism are focused on the cultures of Ancient Mexico and Indian peoples. Volador Lotus is a mid-tier restaurant that provides great service and quality food with strong moral values in helping the community.
